citeproc-js 2.4.63 source and distribution notice

The upstream offer of CPAL 1.0-or-later OR AGPL 3.0-or-later remains intact.

The archive citeproc-2.4.63-upstream.tgz is the complete upstream repository
at 73bc1b44bc7d54d0bfec4e070fd27f5efe024ff9, identified by the published npm
2.4.63 gitHead. It includes the preferred src modules, upstream build scripts
and original notices. Its citeproc_commonjs.js is byte-for-byte identical to
the installed npm engine. EssayClerk has not edited those engine source files.
The engine is processed by Nuxt/Vite during application compilation.

Build inputs at verification: Node 24, Nuxt 4.6.0, Citation.js plugin-csl 0.9.0,
Vite 8.3.3, Vue 3.5.43, citeproc 2.4.63. The original package and dependency
metadata are retained in the archive. Use its upstream build instructions to
rebuild the engine. This download does not include or relicense the private
EssayClerk application source.

Full license texts and the original upstream LICENSE accompany the source.
No warranty is offered by the original developer. Do not remove the covered
source, original notices or recipients' rights under the component's licenses.

This package documents the component/source basis. It is not a blanket legal
clearance for every compiled application artifact. Integration/bundle scope
still requires review if the engine or surrounding build changes.
